ゲーム実況配信できます。

PCゲーム「　惑星の創世神；フェリス　」　「　Planetary Genesis; Felis　」は配信にあたってのルールを遵守することで、

YouTube、X（旧Twitter）、Twitch、ニコニコ動画、TikTokなどの、
動画投稿・ライブ配信サービス（ソーシャルメディアネットワーク「以降SNS」）への、

本ゲームの動画配信を許可しています。

法人・企業利用について

  • 個人での利用は以下のルールに従って、事前連絡なしで動画配信が可能です。
  • 法人・企業様での利用にあたっては、以下のお問い合わせフォームより事前に連絡してください。

配信にあたってのルール

ルール１・投稿の必須条件

  1. 概要欄やコメント欄に本ゲームの購入ページのリンクを必ず記載してください。
    （記載のない動画や配信は削除要請を行います。）
  2. 投稿される映像には必ずバージョン情報を表示させてください。
    （キーボードVキーでバージョンの表示を切り替えられます。）
  3. 本ゲームに関する実況（コメント）を必ずつけてください。
    （字幕のみでもOKだが、音声によるコメント実況が推奨される。）
  4. スーパーチャットを受け取った場合、ゲームの購入を促してください。催促の例として
    「スパチャありがとうございます！」
    「もしこのゲーム気に入ったら、ぜひ実際に遊んで開発者さんも応援してあげてください！」
    「この配信を楽しめてるのも、ゲームを作ってくれた人たちのおかげですね。」
    のような形で配信を楽しめるような文言が良いと思います。自分なりの言い方が分からない場合は、この文章を読み上げて貰うのが一番うれしいです。
    （この運用がされない場合はスーパーチャットの禁止も視野に入れています。）

  1. SNSへの動画投稿・ライブ配信（OK）
  2. SNSが持つパートナープログラムによる、広告収入の収益化（OK）
  3. 切り抜き動画・切り抜きによるショート動画の作成（OK）

ルール３・禁止事項（NG）

  1. 逆コンパイルなどによるゲームのデータ解析（NG）
  2. ゲームデータ（素材）の抜き出し・その配布（NG）
  3. 誹謗中傷目的の利用（NG）
  4. 違法・公序良俗に反する内容での使用（NG）
  5. プレイ映像そのものの有料販売（NG）
  6. 実況プレイ動画をメンバーシップ限定動画にすること（NG）

ルール４・免責事項

  1. 実際の運用状況により、規約は変更されることがあります。
  2. 本ゲームの利用によって発生する不利益、トラブル、故障、損害、障害などに関して著作者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
  3. 動作環境によっては快適に動作しない可能性があります。
  4. 予期せぬバグ、誤作動、不具合はデバッグにより修正を行っていますが、発生する可能性があります。
  5. 新たに発見された不具合などは修正を行いますが、全ての不具合、欠陥を改善することはできない場合があります。
  6. この作品に含まれる3Dデータ、音声、画像などの素材は各アセットの製作者様が著作権を保有していることがあります。

Gameplay Streaming & Video Posting

Gameplay videos and livestreams are allowed.

For the PC game “Planetary Genesis: Felis,” you are permitted to upload and stream gameplay content on video-sharing and livestreaming platforms such as

YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Twitch, Niconico, and TikTok,

provided that you comply with the rules outlined in these guidelines.

Commercial / Corporate Use

Individuals may create and share gameplay videos without prior permission, provided that the following rules are followed.

For corporate or business use, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form below.

Streaming & Video Posting Rules

Rule 1 — Required Conditions for Posting

  1. Please include a link to the game’s purchase page in the video description or comment section.
    (Videos or streams without a purchase link may be subject to removal requests.)
  2. Please ensure that the game version information is visible in the posted footage.
    (You can toggle the version display by pressing the “V” key on the keyboard.)
  3. Please include commentary or reactions related to the game.
    (Subtitles-only content is allowed, but voice commentary is recommended.)
  4. If you receive Super Chats or similar viewer donations, please encourage viewers to support the game by purchasing it.
    Example phrases include:
    “Thank you for the Super Chat!”
    “If you’re enjoying this game, please consider playing it yourself and supporting the developer!”
    “We’re able to enjoy this stream thanks to the people who created the game.”
    You are welcome to use your own wording, but if you are unsure what to say, I would be very happy if you simply read the example messages above.
    If this policy is not respected, restrictions on Super Chats or monetized donations may be considered in the future.

Rule 4 — Disclaimer

  1. These guidelines may be updated or changed depending on future operational circumstances.
  2. The author shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages, troubles, malfunctions, damages, losses, or other issues arising from the use of this game.
  3. Depending on your system environment, the game may not run smoothly or as intended.
  4. Unexpected bugs, glitches, malfunctions, or technical issues may occur even after debugging and testing.
  5. Newly discovered issues and bugs may be addressed through future updates; however, it may not be possible to fix all defects or problems completely.
  6. Some 3D models, audio, images, and other assets included in this work may remain copyrighted by their respective asset creators.
